Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Your first billing will be immediate and is the initial billing. Your subsequent billings will be charged in advance on a recurring charge beginning one month from the initial billing.
Once charges have been made and billed to your account there are no refunds unless otherwise and specifically notes.
Content
Our Service allows you to access our sole content and Intellectual Property. It does not allow you to post, link, store, share with other parties and otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other material that is our sole ("Content").

Evolve Pro LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Evolve Pro LLC. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Use of Service
All our memberships and the content within is the sole ownership of EvolvePro LLC. and Howard “Lyric” Ginsberg. No portion may be copied or used in any fashion beyond its intended informational purpose and use by the individual who has purchased access to this information.
The techniques contained within these memberships sites are to be used at the sole discretion of the purchaser and at no time does EvolvePro LLC. and/or Howard “Lyric” Ginsberg assume any liability for the use or misuse of these techniques. Consult a doctor or therapist before beginning any of our programs and during its use.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
